- Passengers must follow all driver instructions and safety guidelines during the ride.
- Abusive, violent, or unsafe behavior towards drivers or other passengers may result in a ban from RideToo services.
- RideToo reserves the right to terminate a ride mid-trip if safety is compromised.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- RideToo is not liable for delays, missed appointments, or incidental damages resulting from transportation delays or cancellations.
- Our service is provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
- RideToo is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in vehicles.
